Integral Sustainable Design: Transformative Perspectives by Mark DeKay

 

 

 

Saglinda H. Roberts is passionate about architecture and its ability to transform lives and communities. She has a deep respect for, and a comprehensive understanding of professional industry standards and practices; because she “gets it,” she can quickly assimilate with any architectural team to guide clients towards a leadership position in the sustainability space.

 

 

saglinda2Saglinda is an Assistant Professor at the Robert Busch School of Design within the Michael Graves College at Kean University in New Jersey. She is accredited as a LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and the National Council of Interior Design Qualification Board (NCIDQ). She is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is a Certified Interior Designer in the State of New Jersey (CID).

 

 

Saglinda has a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and earned a Master’s degree from the award winning Sustainable Design program at Philadelphia University. She has published several articles on the future of integral sustainable design and was invited to present her article on “Integral Theory as a Framework for Sustainable Education and Professional Practices” at the International Educational Conference at Hawaii University.
